Happy Humpday lovies!
So with the start of a new year, comes many New Year’s resolutions. I’ve made a list of several things that I want to accomplish this year, with one of the highest on that list being – working out more. When I was in high school I worked out all the time. I was on both the basketball, and volleyball team, and we were constantly doing exercises at the gym during season and outside of season. Once college started, that turned into a completely different story… I was always too busy with classes, my sorority, several campus organizations, and work to even think about making time to work out. Now that I’m out of college, and officially at my first ‘big girl’ job with a little more free time on my hands, I’ve been trying to incorporate different work out routines into my weekly schedule. Not only does working help you achieve the best you, but it’s also an amazing mood booster, stress reducer, and allows for sleep to come easier at night. I can’t wait to get back on track this year!
Don’t know where to start? This Monday-Saturday workout regimen via POPSUGAR is one of my favorites:
