There’s nothing I love more than pieces that you can wear while lounging around the house, and while running errands if it’s absolutely necessary to step outside. Like for example, stepping out of your apartment if you ran out of your favorite red wine and you need more to sip on during your bubble bath later that evening. (Because… #priorities🍷) Or, if you have to pick up a few things from Target which actually turns out to be a mini shopping spree whenever you see that Opalhouse and Hearth & Hand both launched new home goodies. (Because you simply can’t leave without a few plates + a mug or two, am I right?) Needless to say… I’m all about loungewear that can transition perfectly into daywear. 😉 (See more on my love for loungewear here.)
All of the pieces that I’ve been adding to my closet recently are geared toward maximum comfort, and this jumpsuit DEFINITELY falls under that category . It comes in this pretty lavender shade as well as black, and is definitely worth the investment! I wore it with a simple neck scarf and my favorite slides for a weekend around Austin with my love, but there are so many different ways you can style it. My friend Megan owns the same jumpsuit, and she wore a darling printed kimono (similar to this!) over it with a fun pair of shoes!
And you guys…after looking through my closet a few days ago, I realized that jumpsuits are beginning to become a common staple in my wardrobe. (Almost as much as dresses!) And actually, that’s totally fine by me.😀 I can get behind (or in!) a good jumpsuit any day of the week, and am planning to add a few more to my closet for the upcoming Fall season. I’m currently eyeing: this, this, and this.
