Happy Friday friends! I can see the weekend from here! 🙌🏻 I mentioned last night on Instagram, that I’m sooo excited about the weekend so that I can finally catch up on a little bit of sleep. Moving to our new apartment last week, through last weekend, and through part of this week has definitely taken a toll on me. (This gal is in serious need of some wine and a bubble bath!🛀🏻)
This weekend is going to be all about a little r&r: catching up on rest, reading, and maybe a little Netflix binging. 📺 On another note, I’ve taken a few polls on Instagram Stories recently to see what you would like to see more of on the blog, and it turns out a lot of you want to see more of AUSTIN! I am sooo excited to hear that, because I’m currently in the works of planning more Austin content for you. I’ve already received some great feedback on post ideas from you guys, so if you have anything else you’d like to see on the blog regarding life in Austin please let me know in the comment section at the bottom of this post.
I shot this look with Divina a few weeks ago, and am in love with this little polka dot dress. I’ve been such a fan of simple slip/tank dresses this Summer. (Especially in this Austin heat!☀️) I actually wore this dress for the 4th of July with the addition of a red bandana scarf!
What are some of your favorite things to wear when it’s hot, hot, hot, outside? I’m definitely one to live in pieces that are lightweight, comfortable, and super easy to throw on! Things that are definitely no muss, no fuss. So, you’ll probably see me in more outfits like this one in the next few weeks since Summer weather in Austin isn’t close to being over yet! 🌵
