Hi friends!!
It’s been a while!! I hope you’re having a great week! I can’t believe it’s already Friday again. For those of you that might not know, (if you didn’t see over on Insta)… Nathan and I left for NYC last Wednesday (pictures coming soon!!), and we were there until Tuesday of this week. We had the most incredible time seeing the city, catching up with friends, going to some of our favorite spots, and something else happened while we were there too. – WE GOT ENGAGED!! 💍 (See photo here & here.)
I can’t wait to share our full engagement story with you, along with some amazing pictures that both my friends Lauren & Sylvie took for us while we were there. It was the most magical time, and I wish I could press repeat on the days that we spent in the city. I still can’t believe we’re engaged, and that we now have to plan a wedding hahaha! I’m so excited to share parts of this next journey in our lives here on the blog with you.❤️
About today’s look… this pink lace number is a favorite in my closet. It’s the perfect option for a flirty, date night with your love + the color is just gorgeous! 💕 I realized that I really don’t own that much pink, and it’s one of my favorite colors to wear! (I’m definitely planning to add a little more of it to my closet very soon.) And, I’ve already started with this sweater in bubble pink that I wore while in NYC. I received sooo many compliments on it!
On another note, my family is currently on their way to Austin and will be spending the weekend here with all of us!(YAYYYY🎉) I’m sooo excited to see them, because this will be the first time we all get together after Nathan and I got engaged. It’s going to be such a lovely and special weekend with them, and I’m so looking forward to some fun family time.✨
