Hi friends, I hope you’re having a wonderful week so far. Ours has been great and filled with lots of rest, relaxing at home, cooking new dishes, and just enjoying this time to slow down a little bit more. Last Thursday marked the first day of Spring (my second favorite season next to Fall), and I’m so excited that it’s FINALLY here. I’m looking forward to all the fun Spring things that come with this new season – warmer weather, longer days, flowers in bloom, more afternoons at the park, leaving our windows open in the evenings, al fresco dinners with my love, the list just goes on and on…
