Hi friends!
Itās been a WHILE since I last posted on the blog, and I’m so happy to be back!! The wedding was seriously taking full control of my life for a bit. I’m so sorry it’s been so quiet over here lately.
Also, to be totally honestā¦ now that our wedding has come and gone, I feel a small little void. Iād been planning our special day for months, and now that itās all over I miss it SO MUCH.š I was telling my mom the other day that I was having serious wedding withdrawals. Itās true what they say – your wedding day goes by in a flash, and you need to soak it up as much as possible!! (thatās probably my biggest takeaway and the best piece of advice that I could give to any bride-to-be.š°š»)
And speaking of soaking it all up, I absolutely CANNOT WAIT to share all of the photos and our wedding video with you from our special day so soon! (HUGE shout out to my beautiful friend Lauren of LaurelCreative and my sweet cousin Diego for following us around the city on our wedding day to capture so many gorgeous in-the-moment images and video for us.) I seriously canāt wait to have those to look back on forever. I have a feeling Iām going to cry all over again when I see it all. āØ
Our wedding day and week in NYC was the most wonderful and special time of my life. From our rehearsal dinner at Freemanās with the family, to the wedding day ceremony and reception at Havenās Kitchen, plus our post wedding day brunch at Dante, and everything else in between throughout our time in NYC!… it was all just perfect. — Get ready for a whole lot of New Yorkš½coming to the blog in the next few weeks. P.S. – you can catch a small glimpse: here, here, and here.
AND, drumroll please… I changed my name on Instagram too!! You can now find me at @adrianasutlief. Different last name, but same martini. šøš
On another note –
Lots of newness is coming to the blog in the months ahead including more: style, lifestyle, Austin, food, beauty, and decor posts!āØ Iāll also be sharing more thought and advice pieces too on everything from balancing a full time job + a blog, travel guides and new adventures, married life, and so much more! And as always, if thereās anything specific that youād love to see on LM – please let me know in the comment section below! Iād love to hear from you.ā¤ļø
In the meantime…
Iām bringing you another style post – and today Iāll be sharing a few of my favorite blue dresses from around the web! This one, featured above, is what I wore during a work event for Planoly in San Francisco earlier this year. It unfortunately sold out right before the trip, but Iām linking other gorgeous blue dress options for you on todayās post! Including: this, this, this, and this, + this off-the-shoulder, this maxi dress, and this gorgeous soft blue number. š
What are your favorite colors to wear in the Spring & Summer?
Wishing you a Happy Thursday!
