We’ve officially made it to another Friday friends! Who’s ready for some patio hangs, outdoor cocktails, and a little summertime fun in the sun? ☀️This is the first weekend that Nathan and I don’t particularly have many plans, so we’re really looking forward to taking it easy these next few days. And by easy, I mean a cocktail reservation or two, some time outdoors, and playing catch up on blog projects & reading, as well as watching some of our favorite Netflix shows.
Overall, I think we’re in for a pretty great weekend. ❤️

I received it before our trip to New York City, and was initially planning to wear it to our post wedding day brunch at Dante but ended up going with another fun option from BHLDN. (Images from our brunching coming soon!!)🥂🍳I’m so in love with the beautiful floral detailing, as well as the sheer bottom layer. It’s such a gorgeous bridal option too. I could see this being worn for a chic outdoor summer wedding, or a small intimate ceremony with family and friends at a dimly lit restaurant or lounge. (We saw a wedding take place in the room next door to us at Freemans while we had our rehearsal dinner and it looked absolutely stunning.)
Another thing I’m planning to do this weekend… dive into all of our cookbooks!
When my mom was in town last weekend, we had the best time cooking at our apartment together and it got me so inspired to dive into my cookbooks more often so that I can try new recipes! I’m also hoping I can make it to the farmer’s market this weekend so we can pick up some fresh produce and get cookin’!!

They have so many different cookbooks to choose from with mouth watering dishes and delicious eats that are sure to bring out your inner chef. 👩🏻🍳
