Give me all the sparkles. This dress is one of my favorite dresses in my closet. I absolutely love the delicate sequin detailing and the billowy sleeves. When I was gathering pieces for our wedding week in the city, I came across this one on BHLDN’s website and just knew it had to make the trip to NYC with me. I initially wanted to wear this dress for our wedding after-party but ended up going with an all lace jumpsuit by Tadashi Shoji instead. This sparkly cocktail dress is perfect for wedding season or for a fancy night out with friends. It also makes for a fun option to consider for birthday festivities and a decadent dinner with your love. I can’t wait to wear it again for dinner parties and cocktails when we move back to the city. šš»
P.S. – I snagged this Milly party clutch at a sample sale while we were in NYC back in May, and I’m obsessed. (Gotta love a good sample sale.) š

I love a good reason to get dressed up.
One of the things that I’m looking forward to the most about our upcoming move to New York is the sense of style and love for fashion. I love that the city serves as your very own personal runway and that you can wear absolutely anything you want. You can strut down 5th avenue in your fanciest gown and heels or get edgy in your favorite pair of joggers and couture sweatshirt at the park. New York City always sparks extra creativity in me when it comes to my look and I can wait to experiment a little more with my personal style whenever we’re there.
