I’m going to be honest with you friends. I had a completely different post lined up for today (now scheduled for tomorrow), and I simply just had to take a mini break to clear my head. I’ve had a lot going on recently with work, the blog, and my personal life, and my mind was really needing a little break from it all. Sometimes you just need a little mental break to help get back into the swing of things with a new and fresh perspective. Whether that be in the form of a long talk with your mom, grabbing coffee with a friend, taking a walk through the park, listening to some of your favorite songs, reading a good book, or simply soaking in a warm bath… we just need that ME time to help us recharge, refresh, and renew our minds. The only thing on tonight’s agenda is a detox bath (including epsom salts & this amazing lavender bath bomb), some wine, mint chocolate chip ice-cream, and this new read.
