I just love when I come across a brand or concept that speaks my language.
When I first heard about BabbleBoxx, I was thrilled to learn that there was a service that would allow me to sample several different products all at once! Faustino I Gran Reserva – As a red wine kinda gal, I was sooo excited to try this! Nathan and I popped open this bottle, and as soon as we did we knew it was going to be amazing. (We could tell by the way the cork had soaked in some of the wine over time!) Bodegas Faustino is Spain’s largest producer of Gran Reserva wines, and they specialize in the aging process. Their aged in French and American oak barrels and are left in the bottle for at least 3 years. (Ours was a blend of Tempranillo, Graciano, & Mazuelo from 2005!) It was delicious, and the perfect addition to our Saturday night.
My Ex Life – Stephen McCauley’s latest novel is sassy & fun! The perfect Summer read. This book is a modern day take on all things we as millennials might know a little too well… reconnecting with an ex! After all, that’s what happened to Nathan and I! From High School exes to reconnecting again years later after college… Our story was movie/book worthy, and made me love this read even more! Flatiron Books hit a home-run with this one. 😀 (Learn more about the author here.)
