When it comes to loungewear, I love wearing pieces that I can do just that in… LOUNGE.
Whether I’m lounging around my apartment reading a new mystery novel (currently jumping on the “Sharp Objects” bandwagon! Who else is reading?!), writing and planning new posts for the blog📝, or catching up on the latest Netflix documentary craze while sipping on my favorite green smoothie…my initial instinct is to always be as comfortable as possible whenever I’m at home. I don’t know about you, but as soon as I get back to my apartment after a busy day around the city, the first thing that I always do is run straight to my closet to change into comfy clothes. It’s an absolute must in my book.

P.S. –The wrap + sleep dress combo that I’m wearing above, is so comfortable. If I was still living in NYC, I could totally see myself wearing this while quickly stepping outside of my apartment to grab milk & creamer at the corner grocery store. (Very Carrie Bradshaw.) I guess hopping in my car, while driving through the closest Starbucks☕️ here in Austin will have to do for now. If only the barista could see how cute I look in my basics from the window!
