Happy Monday friends!
I hope that everyone had a great weekend! Mine was filled with celebrating my sweet love. ❤️ Nathan turned the big 2 9 on Thursday, and we’ve been celebrating since then! The last few days have been packed with lots of eating (we finally tried Launderette on Thursday night and it was AMAZING!), lots of music (we saw both Sofi Tukker & ODESZA perform this weekend 🎶), and spending time with friends plus a mini road-trip🚙(we drove over to Dallas over the weekend for a show and some time with sweet friends). Needless to say, the weekend was so much fun, but I’m sooo exhausted. 😂 I’m definitely taking a nice long bath tonight haha.
In other news… this dress, this dress, THIS DRESS. Ever since I saw it land on Nordstrom’s website, I new I HAD to have it. As you might already know, I’m a huge fan of animal print (specifically leopard print😉) and I love finding pieces with a fun and chic twist. Talk about majorly elevating my shirtdress game with this one!
One of my favorite things for this Fall season is to incorporate more animal print into my closet this year. I started with this dress above, but am also eyeing these Sam Edelman Boots, this Topshop Denim Skirt, this Oliveve Ring Bag, and these Léa Boots.
Also, can we talk about how fun this area of Austin is? This was my first time shooting near Seaholm Power Plant with Taylor, and I’m sooo happy that she suggested it! I love mixing up my usual neutral scenery and backdrops with something a little bit more different (like this above!). Plus, this backdrop makes such a fun and contrasting background to my ultra feminine animal print dress.

I seriously wear mine with almost everything I own, and am so happy I purchased these back in the Summer.
