This summer is all about brights and mixing and matching different prints and colors. I especially love anything neon for this season and have purchased so many neon shorts for these warm weather months. I bought these shorts at Wet Seal for only $15, so it was an absolute bargain! They had several other colors as well and are perfect for those hot summer days and nights. I paired it with this gingham top from Old Navy to add a pop of color on top and finished the look off with some gold accessories.
