Embroidered Velvet Dress

Winter in Austin really only means a few chilly days in December, January, and February mixed in with a little bit of warmth and rain. So really, it’s more of an extended Fall…Add this to the list of one of the many reasons why I’m loving life in sunny Austin so far. Plus, any day that I can leave my apartment in January in a dress, tall boots, and SANS tights is always a good day. 

This embroidered velvet dress featured above is one of my favorites in my closet right now, and pairs perfectly with my go-to heeled boots and flats. I can’t begin to tell you how many compliments I receive every time I wear this dress.
