I love mixing sweet and feminine pieces with something a little edgier like a fun skirt or heels. It makes for such a cute and contrasting combination and really helps to mix up a look. I paired this girly floral top that I found at T.J. Maxx (only $14!) with a faux leather skirt from Forever 21. I think every girl should own a fun faux leather skirt. It’s a great staple
for any closet and a perfect transition piece that helps to add a little bit of an edge to your basic outfit. I picked a few faux leather skirts from around the web that I’m currently loving. This Urban Outfitters one is so cute with the zipper, I absolutely love the cutouts on this skirt from Nordstrom, and edgy meets playful on this skirt from ThreadSence.
