It was 70 degrees in Texas yesterday and I simply couldn’t believe it! That kind of weather in January requires some sort of celebration, so naturally I decided to wear a fun bright color. I own this Express portofino shirt in like 5 or 6 different colors and absolutely love it. It’s so comfy and the perfect casual shirt to pair with cozy leggings in the winter, and cute shorts in the spring.
